Friday – Checkin 5pm – 7pm
Guest will arrive at Brazos Bend State Park. We’ll get you checked in, help you carry your gear to your camping spot in your assigned ‘Row’, and offer any aid you need in getting setup.
Friday – Dinner 6pm – 8pm
Spaghetti, garlic toast, salad, with tiramisu for desert!
There’ll be plenty of spaghetti, meat sauce, marinara and meat balls, so don’t be shy. Load on on the carbs, and get ready for a full weekend of playing games!

Saturday ~ Campfire Coffee : 6am – 7am
There’s something magical, waking up in the outdoors, gathering around a crackling fire and smelling the coffee coming to a boil along with the natural smell of burning oak. Hang out around the early morning fire, chatting with new friends and old, and enjoy a head start on the day!

Eat a hearty meal to start your day. Our cooks, (trained by the best Halfling Chefs in Altdorf!), will have pancakes, waffles, eggs (scrambled, and made to order), bacon, sausage, gravy, biscuits, breakfast tacos, yogurt, granola, fruit and orange juice.

Monday ~ Closing Farewell and Awards : 2pm – 4pm
After a long weekend of playing games, making new friends, and collecting great new stories to share, we’ll gather to say thanks to all guests. Awards will be presented for special BR&WLers over the weekend. Including ‘Best Sportmanship’, ‘Most Incredible Luck’, ‘Worst Luck’, and other gaming recognitions.
